Most of us are sitting at home reading this, relatively warm and comfortable. Seven days ago, Kim, one of our walkers, lost her family home in Paradise. She has spent the last few days with 5 people, 5 dogs and 8 cats in a two bedroom home in Sonoma with no heat. She lost almost everything.
On Monday, we had the honor of delivering October's donation to the East Bay SPCA in Dublin. They were thrilled with the donation and excited about Pupwalks' idea to revolutionize support for local dog rescues.
Susi Hankins runs our team in Oakland and she's also a dog trainer. One of the best things about these toys is that keep your pup's brain as busy as their body. You'll have hours of fun watching your friend try and work stuff out.
Erica comes to us with with years of petsitting and walking experience and has joined our team in the West Dublin area. Erica is so devoted to dogs that she was commuting from Dublin to SF to care for dogs but finally found a way to what she lives much closer to home!

Robin and Rob have know this rescue group for many years. Please meet Gail (and delicious adoptable puppy) of Northern California Sled Dog Rescue! We delivered a donation to them while we were out and about at Wine and Wags on Sunday and she was quite happy that our clients are such a compassionate bunch :)
Luc Pupwalker is with us in southern Marin (Mill Valley, Tiburon and Belvedere) and loves photography, travel, Japanese movies and video games. You can see Luc here with 9 week old Nell who he instantly fell in love with.

We are so thrilled to have another fantastically and experienced walker join our team in West Dublin/Pleasanton! Jessica has many years of experience working in dog boarding facilities and shelters She's done everything from walks, group play, and veterinary treatments to petsitting and training. Jessica is also Pet CPR certified.
On Friday we delivered our monthly donation to Valley Humane Society in Pleasanton and they were so excited to receive it! We learned more about VHS during the visit and were surprised to learn that they do not receive any public funding at all.
